The Healthcare Training School Command Center

Run your school from one screen instead of eleven tabs.

Approval paperwork, program hours, student files, instructor credentials, tuition collected, tuition owed. It is all one business — so it belongs in one place. This is the console I built to keep a training school licensed, enrolled and paid.

Why this exists

The school is not what breaks. The tracking is.

Most people who open a healthcare training school know how to teach. What buries them is everything that surrounds the teaching — and the fact that it lives in nine different places, none of which talk to each other.

A state auditor does not ask for your enthusiasm. They ask for the file. The Command Center is where the file lives.

  • The renewal date is in an email you cannot find.
  • Nobody can say how many clock hours the program actually has.
  • Instructor CPR cards expired and no one noticed until survey week.
  • Four students owe a balance and the number lives in your head.
  • The catalog, the enrollment agreement and the website all quote different tuition.
  • The state asked for the attendance policy and you rewrote it from scratch — again.
  • You are three weeks from a start date and cannot name what is still missing.

What you actually get

Twenty-four modules. One place your school actually lives.

Twelve core modules, eight specialist Centers including the Accreditation Readiness & Self-Study Center, and four lifecycle modules for schools that are already open. It runs in any browser and is built the way a school owner needs it built: your platform access, training library and updates are hosted and maintained by us, while your school's own records — student names, balances, credential numbers — stay on your machine and never touch anyone's server. You can export the whole thing to a backup file any time you like.

INCLUDED WITH ACTIVATION

Start Here guide

A written walkthrough that takes you from activation to a fully loaded Command Center in about forty minutes — in the order that actually makes sense. It sits inside the 60-day implementation roadmap.

Beyond the core

Eight specialist Centers

These sit alongside the twelve core modules, in the navigation, next to the work they belong to.

CENTER

Accreditation Readiness & Self-Study

Sixteen scored readiness domains, standards crosswalk, nine-phase self-study workplan, corrective actions, mock site visit, official source registry and seven printable reports.

CENTER

90-Day Execution

Thirty-nine tasks across thirteen weeks and three 30-day blocks, dated from your start date.

CENTER

Curriculum & Assessment

Five builders in one place: modules and hours, a syllabus builder, lesson plans with measurable objectives, an assessment blueprint that compares your item counts against the certification exam's published domain weights, and a review calendar that records what changed as a result. Clock hours and assessment weights reconcile against your published program.

CENTER

Policy & Templates

Twenty-nine policies with owners, versions and review cycles. Ten arrive with substantial starter text — admissions, refunds, attendance, grading, satisfactory progress, complaints, records, conduct, instructor qualifications and retention — written with merge fields that fill from your school profile. Every one is labelled an educational starting point requiring state-specific review, because that is what it is.

CENTER

Enrollment & CRM Workflow

Seven pipeline stages, twenty-one follow-up steps, and a funnel calculated from your own student records.

CENTER

Clinical Partnerships

Sites, seats, agreements and expiries, measured against the students who need placement.

CENTER

LMS & Operations

Platform configuration, course build tracker and twelve operating tasks on a cadence.

CENTER

Funding & Responsible Growth

Funding sources plus a five-check growth gate: runway, contribution, externship seats, instructors and credentials.

CENTER

Mentorship Hub

Seven tabs: a coaching calendar with meeting links, your personalised action plan, 30- and 60-day progress reviews, question submissions, document-review requests, support tickets and a recording library. Sessions, decisions and actions all carry owners and due dates, so the next session starts from what happened rather than what was said.

For schools that are already open

Four lifecycle modules

A school does not stop at launch. These four cover what happens for every year afterwards: proving where you already stand, keeping track of what changed and what it touched, and catching the renewal you forgot. They are the reason this works for an operating school and not only for someone starting from zero.

LIFECYCLE

Institutional Baseline

Answer a short set of questions about what your school has already done — established, licensed, policies written, catalog current — and the roadmap re-sorts itself around the answers. Work you finished years ago is marked complete. Startup work you never needed is marked Not Applicable rather than deleted, so nothing disappears and your readiness score goes up instead of punishing you for a phase you were never in.

LIFECYCLE

Change Management

Record a change once — a tuition increase, a new program, a campus move — and see every document that change touches: the program record, the catalog, the enrollment agreement, the website, financial disclosures, state filings. These are review flags, not determinations. It does not decide whether your state needs notifying. It stops the thing that actually happens, which is tuition changing in one place while the catalog still says the old number eighteen months later.

LIFECYCLE

Version History

What a document used to say, who changed it, when it took effect and why. Every version records the one before it, the approval date and the approver, and starts life as a draft rather than quietly becoming current. When an agency asks what your refund policy said in March, you have the answer rather than a memory.

LIFECYCLE

Institutional Maintenance

One page for everything that expires: licence renewals from State Approval, credential expiries from Staff, clinical agreements from Clinical Partnerships. It duplicates nothing — every row is read from the module that owns it, so there is no second copy to keep in step and nothing to update twice.

The spine of the system

The eight phases of opening a training school

These are loaded in the moment you open the file. Every phase carries its own tasks — you are never staring at a blank planner wondering what step comes next.

PHASE 1

Business foundation

Entity, EIN, registered agent, bank account, insurance, bookkeeping, business address, ownership documents.

PHASE 2

Program design

Choose the program, build the clock-hour breakdown, write objectives, map to the certification exam, set tuition and total cost of attendance.

PHASE 3

School documents

Catalog, enrollment agreement, policies, forms, grading and attendance standards, refund policy, complaint and grievance procedure.

PHASE 4

State approval

Identify your agency, meet financial and surety requirements, submit the application, respond to deficiencies, pass the site visit.

PHASE 5

Facility & equipment

Classroom and lab space, occupancy and fire clearance, equipment and supply list, signage, ADA access, safety plan.

PHASE 6

Faculty & staff

Instructor qualifications, credential verification, job descriptions, contracts, background checks, orientation, faculty files.

PHASE 7

Systems & technology

Learning platform, student records, payment processing, email and phone, website, forms, backup and record-retention plan.

PHASE 8

Enrollment & launch

Marketing plan, inquiry-to-enrollment process, information sessions, first cohort roster, orientation, day-one checklist.

Built for you if

  • ✓  You are opening an allied health or nursing training school and want the whole path visible at once.
  • ✓  You already run a school and the records are scattered across email, spreadsheets and memory.
  • ✓  You have a state application pending and need to track deficiencies and dates without dropping one.
  • ✓  You have a site visit, audit or renewal coming and want to walk in with everything accounted for.
  • ✓  You are handing operations to a director and need the school documented, not narrated.

Not the right fit if

  • —  You want someone to complete the state application for you. That is the Licensing & Compliance Package, not this.
  • —  You want a student-facing learning platform. This runs the school; the LMS teaches the class.
  • —  You want cloud sync across a ten-person staff. This is built for the owner and a small leadership team.
  • —  You are not going to open the file. A tracker only works if you touch it weekly.

Meet the founder

I built this because I needed it.

I am Erica Hardiman-Eskridge. I have spent three decades in allied health classrooms and thirty years watching what separates the schools that open from the ones that stall in application review. It is almost never talent. It is tracking.

I founded Compassionate Medical Academy in Little Rock and have built out programs, catalogs, state submissions, apprenticeship packages and accreditation self-studies — the real paperwork, for real agencies, with real deadlines. Along the way I built this console for myself, because I could not keep eight phases, four programs, forty-eight documents and a cohort of students in my head at once.

Then I started handing it to the women I coach through their own school launches. It worked for them too. So I finished it, documented it, and made it something you can buy today and use tonight.

Pricing

One licence. One school. Renewed once a year.

The Primary School License is $4,997 a year and it is what gives your school access to the Command Center, the library and everything that keeps them current. Getting you set up and running is a separate one-time Initial Implementation fee of $1,500. That makes your first year $6,497, and $4,997 on each anniversary after that.

Primary School License
$4,997 per year

Plus $1,500 Initial Implementation, one time · $6,497 to start

Licence my school

The complete Command Center operating system, your 60-day school-building roadmap, the full template and training library, orientation and platform setup, and your individual school licence — for the full twelve-month term.

The licence renews annually at $4,997. The $1,500 Initial Implementation is charged once, at the start, and never again.

Initial Implementation

$1,500 one time

Charged once, at signup, alongside your first year. It covers getting your school actually set up: your profile, your programs, your roadmap and your document vault configured around how your school really operates, plus orientation. It is not part of the annual renewal — you pay it once and never again.

What implementation covers

Additional Location or Campus

$2,500 per year each

For an additional approved campus or location operating under the same institution. A separate legal school or institution is not an additional location — it needs its own full $4,997 a year licence. If you are unsure which one you have, ask us before you buy.

Cancelling

Cancel any time. Your access runs to the end of the year you paid for.

The licence is a twelve-month term, renewing annually. Cancel whenever you like and the renewal stops — but the year you have already paid for runs to its end, so nothing is cut off the day you decide. The licence fee is not refundable, in whole or in part, and what you already downloaded under your licence stays with you.

You keep

  • The core materials you have already downloaded
  • Every template, form and checklist saved to your own files
  • Your individual licence to use them for your school
  • Everything you built inside your school while you had access

You lose

  • Access to the live platform
  • Future updates
  • Newly released resources
  • Technical support
  • Updated platform tools

Each licence is issued to one school or institution and is non-transferable. Separate institutions require separate licences. The Command Center is an educational and operational resource. It is not legal advice and it is not a guarantee of licensing or approval. State requirements differ and they change — every template and checklist here is a starting point you adapt to what your own agency requires. Read the full terms before you licence your school.

After you activate

From payment to a working console in one sitting.

Nothing to install and no software to learn. If you can open a web page, you can run this. Your licence starts the moment you check out, and runs for twelve months.

Licence your school through the secure checkout

$6,497 to start — your $4,997 first-year licence plus the $1,500 Initial Implementation. You are taken straight to your access page; no waiting on a human to send anything.

Open your platform and download your library

Your access page holds the Command Center, the template and forms library, the training modules and the 60-day roadmap. Save the library where you keep your school files.

Set up your school in the console

The setup panel asks four questions — school name, state, agency, target launch date — and builds your roadmap around them.

Work the 60-day roadmap

Follow the Start Here guide for the first pass, then the roadmap week by week. After that, fifteen minutes a week keeps the whole school current.

Questions people ask before buying

Straight answers

Why is it a licence rather than a one-off purchase?

Because the work does not stop when you set up. State requirements shift, forms get revised, best practice moves, and the platform itself needs hosting, maintenance and support. The annual licence pays for things that genuinely keep happening: new and revised templates, updated checklists, new training walkthroughs, regulatory and industry-update summaries, a resource library that keeps growing, technical support and platform improvements. A school that stopped receiving those for a year would be running on documents that no longer match what its agency asks for.

What happens at the end of the term if I do not renew?

You keep the core materials you have already downloaded under your licence — every template, form and checklist saved to your own files, and everything you built inside your school while you had access. You lose access to the live platform, future updates, newly released resources, technical support and updated platform tools. Your own school records were never on our servers to begin with; they are in your browser and they stay there.

Where is my school's information stored?

Signed in, your school's records are stored in your account on the platform — which is what lets you close the laptop, open your phone, and find your school exactly where you left it. Access is scoped to your organisation at the database level, so no other school can reach your records, and we do not sell, share or analyse them.

You are not locked in. One click exports your whole school as a file you keep, and you can download the Command Center and run it offline under your licence, with no account and no connection — including if we ever stop trading. Used that way it stores everything in your own browser and sends us nothing, and backups become entirely your job.

Do I need internet access to use it?

You need it to sign in and to reach the library and the training. Once the console is open it keeps working offline — you can carry on in a classroom with bad wifi or in a state office lobby waiting to be called, and anything you change is sent up when you reconnect. You can also download a copy that runs with no connection at all.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Yes, within your own school. Use the export button on one machine and the import button on the other. Because your records live on each device, the export file is how you move them — think of it like carrying the ledger, not syncing an app. The license is individual and nontransferable, so it covers you and the people who run your school, not other school owners.

Is this state-specific?

The Command Center works for any state. The roadmap and document list are built from the requirements that repeat across state agencies — entity, program, documents, approval, facility, faculty, systems, launch. You enter your own agency and its specific dates, and the licensing-research guidance shows you how to find and read your own agency’s current rules. What it will not do is guarantee that a template as written satisfies your state; that part is on you to verify, every time.

Will this get my school approved?

No tool approves a school. Your state agency does, based on your application and your documents. What this does is make sure nothing on the list is quietly missing when you submit, and that you can find every date, number and file when they ask for it. That is usually the difference between one review cycle and three.

What exactly do I pay, and when?

$6,497 at checkout — the $4,997 Primary School License for your first twelve months, plus the $1,500 Initial Implementation charged once. On your anniversary the licence renews at $4,997. The implementation fee is never charged again.

What happens if I cancel?

The renewal stops and nothing charges again. The twelve months you have already paid for run to their end — you are not cut off the day you cancel. The licence fee is not refundable, in whole or in part. What you already downloaded under your licence stays with you; what you lose is the live platform, future updates, new resources and support.

I run two schools. Do I need two licences?

It depends on what they legally are. An additional approved campus or location operating under the same institution is $2,500 a year each. A separate legal school or institution is a separate licence at the full $4,997 a year. If you are not sure which describes your situation, ask before you buy — we would rather sort it out first than refund it after.

How is this different from the School Startup Bundle?

The Bundle is reading material — it teaches you what a school needs. The Command Center is the working system you run the school in, plus the library, the training and the updates that keep it current. If you are already committed to opening, start here.

What if I already opened my school?

Then open the Institutional Baseline first. You answer a short set of questions about what your school has already done and the roadmap re-sorts itself around them — completed work marked complete, startup work you never needed marked Not Applicable rather than deleted. From there go to the Compliance Vault, Students, Staff and Money. Existing schools usually get the fastest payoff, because the gaps are already there — they just are not written down yet.

Will this make my documents compliant in my state?

It will not, and no honest tool would claim otherwise. Everything here is an educational and operational resource — a well-built starting point drawn from requirements that recur across agencies. State requirements differ and they change. You adapt each template to what your own agency asks for, and you verify it against their current rules. This is not legal advice and it is not a guarantee of licensing or approval.

Can my program director use it too?

Yes, within your school. The license is individual and nontransferable, and it is one license per school — it covers that school and the people who run it with you. It does not cover reselling it, rebranding it, sharing platform access, or handing it to other school owners. If you operate a second school, that school needs its own activation; ask us and we will price it.

What browser should I use?

Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, kept reasonably current. It works on a tablet. On a phone it is readable but tight — the tables want a real screen.

Your move, builder

The school in your head is real. Give it somewhere to live.

You already know what you want to build. This is the part where it stops being a stack of half-finished notes and starts being an operation you can hand to a state agency, an instructor, or a director — and have it hold up.
